Getting to the Terminal
Upon arrival, scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Turn left upon entering the facility and follow that to the back of the building. You must park in the rear of the building which is designated for airport customers.
Once you've parked and secured your vehicle, head to the front lobby area to board the shuttle.
Returning to Your Car
After retrieving your luggage, take the monorail to the P3 Station. THE SHUTTLE CAN NOT PICK-UP PASSENGERS DIRECTLY AT THE TERMINAL.
Once you arrive at the P3 station, follow the posted signage to "Hotel Shuttle Pickup Zone 1". Please note that shuttle pickup from the airport can take up to 30 minutes.
Please do not enter the lot prior to your reserved date/time, as this will result in additional fees.

- From January 15 through March 2026, the airport monorail (AirTrain) will be out of service.
- After collecting your luggage, please take the complimentary airport bus from your terminal to Station P3.
- The Renaissance Hotel shuttle picks up from Station P3 every 30 minutes (on the hour and the half-hour).
